Life is a charm

Life is so simple
So graceful, so fine
Life is a breath
A moment in time

Life is a circle
A square or a pound
Its all in the mind
What goes round & around

What matters the most
Is what matters the least
The simplest of deeds
Brings peace to the mind

A breath in a moment
A breath unchained
A breath inhaled
A breath exhaled

Its never the same
Relaxes the brain
Alertness of mind
A life divine

Living a moment
One breath at a time
One heart, one soul
One moment in time
