Tantra is a fundamental raw form of yoga , which has been a boon to
numerous Sadhaka of Kaulachar (kula + Achar - Kul is Kulakundalini and
Achar is following it ).
Tantra also known as Bamachar .... Bam means opposite and Achar means Following it ....... Misconception is Bama also means Females, so distracted followers of tantra understood something else as Bamachar.
Following it to what ! to Sahasrara ... the abode of Shiva .
The essence of Tantra is the Union of Kulakundalini , or Shakti with Shiva .
According to tantra .... we all are females .... all are shakti , life forms expressed by Kulakundalini.... Only Purusha is Shiva.
In Vaishnvism , Radhika is Kulakundalini .... we all aspire to be Radhika , to be mad in love of our beloved Lord Krishna.
Most misunderstood theories of Tantra are five "M"
One must understand Tantric literature are not Shakespeare's Novel so that everyone could understand. Tantra is total inner journey and guidance for sadhaka. Tantra reveals itself.
1. Mudra - literally it means money , but it also means postures and positions of finger and body during sadhana.
2. Matsa - literally Fish , but also signifies breathes as it plays in River namely Ganga Yamuna Swaraswati , or Sushumna nadi , Ida Nadi and Pingala Nadi.
3. Mansa - literally meat , but also signifies tounge for .. (a) Controlling speech , (b) for controlling Rasana - from Probritti Marga to Nibritti Marga and (c) For khachari Mudra.
4. Maithun - Literally sexual union , but also for union of Shiva and Shakti.
Now just think of a sadhaka - who has attained physical perfection with Mudra , then mastered own breathes and makes them still (Matsa - fish) , then attains Khachari , then Draws up Prana in form of Kundalini through Chakra to Sahasrara and enjoying ecstasy of being supreme self - does he not deserve Amrita !
Thats the last M of Tantra .
5. Madya - Literally wine , but also means Amrita , it is called Madya because it defuses sadhaka , the smaller self is diluted and create an atmosphere to stay in a state of SO-HAM.
This is also called Chandramrita, or Somras (som means chandra) .. because it is said to be secreted from Penial Gland , which is Shiva Granthi , and the taste comes to tongue in khachari.
Sadhaka's both eyes become useless , he close it effortlessly , and The Shiva Granthi opens , the Ajna Chakra , the third eye opens.
For shiva , there is no good , there is no bad , no judgement for anything or anyone .... it is all that is . Because he has closed his both eyes .... if one has the intensity to touch the frequency , gets what he deserves be it Rama or be it Ravana , or be it you or me :)
We have found in so many Puranas that Bholenath gave blessings to Asuras and they got the power to destroy Indra and devatas :) .. stories are stories , but these days we forgot the real meaning of them and indulged too much in stories.
Sanathan Dharma has to revive from the root of Veda ... and the process has begun.
